This weekend the GlenDronach showcased its latest releases at the Cinderella Whisky Fair in Sweden. One of them were the GlenDronach 16 yo Boynsmill. Boynsmill was the initial name of the Glen House where the distillery managers of the GlenDronach has lived.
The Boynsmill is a travel exclusive being matured in 10 years in PX and Oloroso casks and then in 6 years in Port casks. It’s bottled at 46% and the retail price is 999 SEK (approx. £82).
the GlenDronach also presented the ”Master Vintage 1993 aged 25 years”, which will be released at a later time but was available at the GlenDronach tasting at the Cinderella Whisky Fair. First sighting of this bottle was in October 2018 when LMdW unintentionally leaked an image of the box and bottle. More about this release later!
