The Macallan is about to announce a collaboration between the Roca brothers and Steven Maker where they have selected six first fill European Oak Oloroso casks to bottle 2000 bottles which aims to capture the “… essence of this unique city”. It will be bottled at a, relatively, high ABV at 57.5%.
